Amproc was established in 2019, we focusing in advising on automation solutions for factories’s production line. With a team of experienced, dynamic and creative staffs, we have delivered automation solutions and production management software to factories, helping them to achieve their goals of increasing productivity as well as saving labor costs, operating costs, reduce Cycle Time to produce a product (C/T).

HISTORY OF FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT

Year 2023

Continue to develop and upgrade solutions to test the function of electronic circuits on electric cars such as: Simulate engine sound, charging current, detector current, current, and voltage consumption in operating modes different. Develop additional solutions for image analysis (Video Analyze), sound quality analysis (Audio Analyzer), analysis of current consumption, charging current, and discharge current for portable speakers that use batteries. ), solutions to control accessories and components before packaging products, solutions to test LED functions to ensure the light intensity and color of LEDs mounted on electronic products.

Developing an automatic machine system to check electronic circuit functions – simulating electric vehicle engine sounds used in electric cars of Hyundai – Korea.

This was followed by the development and deployment of Video Analyzer and Audio Analyzer products for Soundbar and AVR products – Application in automatically testing HDMI, Optical, Bluetooth functions, focusing on image processing, sound to ensure products meet quality standards before packaging and shipping.

Develop and deploy Audio Analyzer products (Analyze the sound quality of portable speakers, soundbars (SoundBar), high-end amplifiers (AVR).

Year 2019

The milestone of opening an office in Hanoi and bringing together a team of engineers and experts with over 20 years working at leading corporations such as: Canon, Toshiba, Samsung, LG, Anam, Qualcomm,… Experiencing many positions. With job positions from technicians, product experts, R&D engineers and understanding the hardships of workers at manufacturing plants, Amproc was born with the purpose of liberating human labor at the factory. manufacturing factories, instead using technology solutions, automation techniques, and computational software to handle work, thereby creating value.

Right from its inception, Amproc implemented its first project: Automatically testing the bluetooth functions of portable speakers (Bluetooth speakers) for JBL/Harman, Anker, Logitech.
